In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document checks and bank account name matching, as required under psg88's anti-fraud and account integrity policies.

• "Player" / "User" / "You" — any individual who has registered an Account with psg88 or who accesses the psg88 platform in any capacity.

2. Residency: You are a natural person and, for the purposes of these Terms, your primary market context is Indonesia. You take sole responsibility for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
4. Single Account: You hold no more than one registered Account with psg88. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual (whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses) constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Self-Exclusion Status: You have not voluntarily self-excluded from psg88 or from gambling services generally. Any Player who has previously requested self-exclusion and attempts to re-register during the exclusion period is in breach of these Terms, and psg88 reserves the right to void all activity and close the Account.
6. Accurate Information: All personal and financial information you provide to psg88 is truthful, accurate, and current at the time of submission. You agree to notify psg88 promptly of any material changes to this information.

To access psg88 products and services, you must register a valid Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

4.1 Registration Requirements

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and preferred local payment method details. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed truthfully.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may register and maintain exactly one psg88 Account. Duplicate Accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, phone numbers, bank accounts, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. psg88 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify multi-accounting. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, psg88 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and void all pending bets, bonuses, and withdrawal requests.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

psg88 conducts Know Your Customer verification as a condition of Account activation and as a prerequisite for processing any Withdrawal. KYC verification requires you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (national identity card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence);
• Proof of your Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in your legal name (as used on your psg88 Account);
• Any additional documentation requested by the psg88 compliance team in its sole discretion.

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request from psg88 will result in the suspension of Withdrawal functionality on the Account until verification is completed.

4.4 Account Currency

All psg88 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by the Platform; there are no cross-currency spreads or hidden exchange fees on the psg88 platform.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your psg88 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. The following obligations apply:

1. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
2. You must not allow any third party to access or use your Account, whether for betting, account management, or any other purpose.
3. You must notify psg88 customer support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

6.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet deposits are generally processed within 5 minutes. psg88 does not impose any fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges for which psg88 accepts no responsibility.

6.3 Minimum Deposit

6.4 Deposit Integrity

All deposits must originate from a payment instrument (bank account or e-wallet) registered in your own legal name — the same name used to register your psg88 Account. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds (net of any bank processing fees) and may trigger Account suspension pending investigation.

6.5 Failed Deposits

If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but not credited to your psg88 Account Balance within 30 minutes, you must contact psg88 customer support immediately via live chat and provide the transaction reference number, the sending account details, the amount, and the time of transfer. psg88 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within 24 hours.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are available to Players who have: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) made at least one qualifying real-money Deposit; and (c) met all applicable wagering requirements associated with any Bonus Funds in their Account Balance at the time of the Withdrawal request.

7.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

psg88 targets the following Withdrawal processing windows, measured from the time the Withdrawal request is approved by the psg88 payments team:

• Local Bank Transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga): 15 to 60 minutes during standard WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB);

7.3 Name Matching Requirement

Withdrawals will only be released to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same legal name as the psg88 Account holder. This requirement is non-negotiable and is applied without exception. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will be declined and the funds returned to the Account Balance.

7.4 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

7.5 Withdrawal Fees

psg88 does not charge fees on Withdrawals. Any fees imposed by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and seasonal promotional credits offered by psg88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of each promotion. The following general principles apply to all psg88 promotions unless a specific promotion document explicitly states otherwise:

1. Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full.
2. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting Wagering Requirements within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

8.2 Wagering Requirement Calculation

Unless specified differently in the relevant promotion, Wagering Requirements at psg88 are calculated on the basis of the total bonus amount received. For example, a Rp 100.000 deposit bonus with a 30x Wagering Requirement means you must place total bets of Rp 3.000.000 before the bonus balance and associated winnings qualify for withdrawal.

8.3 Game Contribution to Wagering

Different game categories contribute differently to Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, live casino games, bandar ceme (a traditional Indonesian domino card game), live baccarat, and table games may contribute at a rate lower than 100% toward fulfilling Wagering Requirements. 8.4 Seasonal Promotions

9.2 Sportsbook Betting Rules

9.3 Bet Cancellation

psg88 reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse any bet that: (a) was placed at an incorrectly published price due to a manifest error; (b) was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions; or (c) relates to an event the outcome of which was known at the time the bet was placed. Where a bet is voided, the staked amount is returned to the Account Balance.

9.4 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Account Balances. psg88 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions on the Player's side.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account Balance, and recovery of funds already paid out:

• Registering more than one Account on the psg88 Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal or financial information at any stage;
• Using a payment instrument not registered in your own name;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in sports betting markets;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted wagering tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets on the Platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or game malfunctions to generate artificial winnings;
• Engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating duplicate Accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, or systematically exploiting promotional structures in a manner clearly outside their intended use;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any other financial crime through the psg88 Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, if psg88 has specifically notified you that your jurisdiction is restricted;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing psg88 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

psg88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The following tools and policies are in place to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps on their Accounts. Deposit limit increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling period before taking effect; decreases are applied immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, psg88 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from delays, interruptions, data errors, or technical failures not within psg88's reasonable control;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game studio providers, or internet service providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits psg88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law. psg88's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, however it arises, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money Deposits made by you to psg88 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which psg88 is incorporated, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles that would otherwise require the application of a different jurisdiction's laws.

In the event of a dispute between you and psg88, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation.
